Key update subscription expired

Hi,
 
My company just bought USB over Network (license for 1 device).
 
When trying to apply the license, I get the message:
"This license key is not valid for this version.
If you wish to use this version, please upgrade your license".
 
I tried to stop/restart service or server, and re-applying the license, but I always get the same error.
 
Can you give any hints?
