Video "choppy" in Amazon Workspace

We have a number of users who use FabulaTech Webcam for Remote Desktop in their Amazon Workspaces. When the users are working from home, the video is fine within their Amazon Workspace (no matter what time of day). When users are in the office, the video in their Amazon Workspace is described as being "choppy" (again, no matter what time of day). If the users use their Webcam from their local Windows 10 PC while in the office, the video quality is fine. We suspect that there is some issue within the office network (for example cabling/switch/firewall) that may be creating the problem. Also, most users have the Ethernet network cable for their Windows 10 PC piggybacked off their VOiP phone (since there is only one network drop in the office). Have you ever heard of some local issue in an office triggering "choppy" video in an Amazon Workspace?  Thank you.
