Can you confirm if USB for Remote Desktop is supported using the Teradici PCoIP client?
I'm working on an AWS Workspaces Desktop (Windows Server 2012 R2); if I connect using the AWS Workspaces client (Version 2.5.7.1205) running on Windows 10, I don't have any issues, but if I connect to the same system using the native Teradici PCoIP client (Version 19.08.0), I get 'No connection to workstation module'

Check the existence of ftvchan.dll on USB for Remote Desktop (workstation) PC here C:\Program Files (x86)\Teradici\PCoIP Client\bin\vchan_plugins\ If you don't see our plugin there then you can copy it from C:\Program Files\Common Files\FabulaTech\Netlink 3\ forlder.
