No connection to the Workstation module

Can you confirm if USB for Remote Desktop is supported using the Teradici PCoIP client?
 
I'm working on an AWS Workspaces Desktop (Windows Server 2012 R2); if I connect using the AWS Workspaces client (Version 2.5.7.1205) running on Windows 10, I don't have any issues, but if I connect to the same system using the native Teradici PCoIP client (Version 19.08.0),  I get 'No connection to workstation module'

Hi,
 
Check the existence of ftvchan.dll on USB for Remote Desktop (workstation) PC here
C:\Program Files (x86)\Teradici\PCoIP Client\bin\vchan_plugins\
If you don't see our plugin there then you can copy it from  
C:\Program Files\Common Files\FabulaTech\Netlink 3\ forlder.

Ok,
 
Uninstall AWS client, reboot PC and try to reproduce the issue again.

Uninstalled AWS client
Rebooted both desktop and server
Still not working  
 
Also tried Serial Port for Remote Desktop - same issue

I can confirm the problem in loading our dll in case of latest Teradici Client (19.08.1).
