Magnify Issues

Hey guys,
 
We are running the software for terminal server scanning but we still have an issue.  
1. The scan is still very slow. There is no way to change the resolution below 300
2.   >:( it will not scan business card dimensions. It scans full page for everything. Can someone help out with a decent applicable work around for this type of thing.  :-[

Hello,
 
Check the software you use for scanning. Maybe it has some kind of option that doesn`t allow to show scanning settings and properties.
