I am testing out USB for Remote Desktop 3.1.3 with my Verifone MX850. when I try to redirect it to my virtual desktop, I get this message on the server "(occupied by another user)". What should I be checking for?

Do you have any other sessions launched from the same local machine? RDP or Citrix session.

Hi Mike,
No, I do not have any other RDP sessions open. I've tried rebooting both machines and connecting via RDP before opening anything else and I still get the same message. let me know if you need any other information. thanks.
