Macbook to Remote windows pc (Two Networks)

Urgent Help needed. Really greatful to anyone that can assist.  
 
I've got in touch with the technical support team but I've recieved no response yet.  
 
So I have a macbook pro M1 that I'm therering via my iPhone for internet access
 
I'd like to use USB over Network to connect to a PC on another network.  
 
So far, the software is installed on both computers, however... I can't get them to connect to each other? Can anyone assist please?, I'll need this software for a job coming up so it's really urgent.

Hello!
 
Could you check if it is possible to ping one PC from another?  
 
If they are located in different networks, you might need one of these options:
1) Set up the port forwarding on your router;
2) Use VLAN/VPN solutions (like Hamachi);
3) Contact your ISP and ask them about a public IP-address for your Server.
