Port unreachable, trying to connect

I am getting the above error when trying to connect USB Over Network Server. I turned off Windows Firewall, and that did not resolve the issue.

This looks like a networking issue. Please check if the port is open on both sides by using the netstat command in Command Line:
 
netstat -ano
