USB Device on 2 different PC in same time?

Hi, I'm trying to find something like that:
 
One computer as a server for a USB Device, two computers as clients to this device to be able to use it simultaneously over network, or to change connection automatically (work 1 pc, next work 2pc, next work 1pc)
 
UoN can do this like i want?
