Installed server software 64 bit on server running 64 bit Windows 2003 R2. Inserted thumb drive on this server. Opened USB over network and selected share. Red dot appears correctly, On another server, installed 32 bit version of client software. This server runs 32 bit Windows 2003 Standard. Opened client version of USB over network. Added ip address of the host server. The thumb drive appears in the menu. Click share on this menu. Icon briefly turns displays connected, then it disappears.

Is the problem on the server side or the client side? Please help.

Hi,

Thanks for info. Really, there are some issues with 64-to-32 USB mass storage virtualization. We are working on it and release new version ASAP!
We'll let you know.

Thanks for reporting.
