Each time I log in to the remote machine, there's never a printer connected. I have to reinstall the software every single time. ??

Hello!

Could you please describe the issue you encountered in more detail? I need to know:

1. What operating systems do you use on your computers?
2. How did you determine that printer was not redirected during the last RDP session?
3. On how many computers Printer for Remote Desktop(workstation) is installed?
4. Was "Fabulatech Virtual Printer" created in "Devices and Printers" on the computer where "Printer for Remote Desktop(Server)" is installed? What is the status of it? (online, offline)
5. Was it chose as a default printer for the server?

Also I will be grateful for any information you feel to be relevant. Thanks in advance!

The server is windows 2008 r2
The workstation is windows 7.

Often when I log into the server, there are no connected printers (using the tray icon menu to view connected printers.)

After reinstalling, the printers appear. Until next time..

Thanks
