I am a print job stuck in the queue that I cannot get out.  I get an error saying I access denied but I still cannot remove the job as admin.  Any thought?

Hello,

Does the print job persist even after reboot?
Have you tried to reboot print spooler service?

Please send me your system information files from both computers where Printer for Remote Desktop(server and workstation) is installed. (to get them --> Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information File -> Save)

I rebooted the Printer Spooler Process, no success.
I rebooted the Server, now the print queue is missing altogether from the terminal session.

I then reinstalled the Printer-for-remote-desktop (workstation) on the local workstation.  Did not resolve the issue.

I am now trying to reinstall on the server.  I get an error saying "A network error occured when trying to read from file"
