We purchased 10 licenses of this software. It works great until there is a reboot. Once the RDS (Windows Server 2016) server reboots Microsoft Excel 2013 stops working and gives the following error. Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a resolution? We also use FabulaTech Scanner software at the same time and it has always worked fine.

Please do the following: 1) open the following key in the system registry on Webcam/Scanner for Remote Desktop (server) PC: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ftsjail 2) find Multi-String Value (REG-MULTI_SZ) ExcludeProcesses 3) add the data into it: *\excel.exe 4) reboot Webcam/Scanner for Remote Desktop (server) PC.
