Hi we need to use RemoteFX with our products and we have a question if there are any benefits of Remote Web Cam for terminal servers (2008 R2 with service pack, 2012, 2016) where Microsoft Remote Desktop Services support WebCamera with RemoteFX without third party tools.

Yes, with help of RemoteFX you can redirect your web camera within RDP session. But... I think that the best solution for web camera redirection is Webcam for Remote Desktop: - we are using our own optimized transport protocol within RD (RDP/ICA/PCoIP) protocol; - we are using the data compression; - we are using our isolation driver for web camera isolation within RD session; - there is no need to install the device driver on the remote (server) side (we are using our virtual web camera there).
