Hi, your question is not very clear.
 
Virtual Modem is usually used to connect two pieces of software that normally connect via Dial-Up. Please specify your request.

What I need is, instead of connecting a modem to my computer and make a dial up connection, I want to do it online without using any actual modem.
 
I know that redialing changes your ip, and that is want I basically need.
 
is it possible?

No unfortunately this is not what Virtual Modem is designed for.
