What remote desktop protocol are you using for remoting?

Dear Kripe,
Thank you for contacting us.

There are not enough information in the log files.

Please Open Preferences of USB over Network Server and Client, set the log level to debug.
Then delete the log files from C:\ProgramData\FabulaTech on both sides and reproduce the issue again 2-3 times.

Send the log files from both sides to us and mark the local time when the issue appeared again.

Dear Kripe,

Please create the following registry value on the local (Workstation) side:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\ftusbrdwks

InterruptCfg (DWORD) = 0

Unplug your device and plug it again, then try to reproduce the issue;

If this doesn't help -- download our USB Monitor PRO, install it on the local side and choose your device for monitoring. Then reproduce the issue and send the log file of USB Monitor PRO to us.
