im using a kali linux on vmware but usb printing is not working on that actually its happen when im using my mail in my linux server on that time i receive a spam mail and when i click on that mail on that time my usb not working now what should i have to do should i have to contact my mail company?
yesterday i contact to http://aus-...support.com regarding my problem that why I m getting error in my email when i login to VMware but they told me that this not your internet problem this is your operating system problem you have to change your operating system from kali to ubuntu ??....but right now i dint change my operating system did they say right? Do i need to change my os?

What OS you are using on both (workstation/server) sides? As i understand that you are using PCoIP protocol for remoting, correct? Please describe your problem in details (make the screenshots if possible, upload them to free file hosting and send the links to me). Awaiting your clarification.
It may be an Internet issue. So, I will suggest you update the update the system and reset it and after that, reinstall the Dropbox app. You may also check https://linksysroutersupportnumber.com/how-to-reset-recover-change-linksys-router-password-or-login/ and reset the router if you need any support regarding the Internet.
