We have just started testing the fabulatech software on our igel terminals which connect into Windows 10 VDI. The vast majority of USB devices work ok, but we can't get the arduino boards working.
We've installed the drivers, but nothing is showing in device manager.
any ideas?

Let me know the current FW version of your Igel TC and version of USB for Remote Desktop (server). Confirm that you see Arduino device in USB for Remote Desktop (server) GUI on the remote side within RD session and can activate (connect) it there? Open Device Manager, View - Devices by connection, find FabulaTech Virtual USB Host Controller 3, open it. Do you see the redirected device there?

Thanks for the quick reply!
I'm just waiting for an extended trial key as it's expired. Once we get that I'll have a look and let you know.
