I am trying to use your product to share a specialized USB scanner. The device connects but then disconnects immediately. It then cycles this way for a bit before no longer trying. Please let me know what I can do to attempt to fix this.

Hi You are trying to redirect your specialized scanner from the local to the remote side within RD session with help of USB for Remote Desktop, correct? What do you mean by "but then disconnects immediately"? Can you activate/connect your usb device in USB for Remote Desktop (server) GUI within RD session (http://www.fabulatech.com/usb-for-remote-desktop-server-help/quick-start.html)? Awaiting your clarification.
Yes that is correct. The device is a phosphorus USB scanner. The device is in the Generic USB device GUID Class Group. I get a popup that says new device found for USB Redirect but by the time i try to connect in the GUI the device is gone. Every once and awhile it connects long enough to click it. This repeats over and over.
