Citrix XenApp redirection problems

Hi

I have the follow enviroment:
Citrix XenApp 7.11 / Win2k12R2 as application server running USB for remote desktop (server) 5.2
Stratodesk OS as client device, running FabulaTech 5.1 client for linux (client)

The USB devices appears to be redirected and auto-connected on the Fabula Administrative Utility (server side), but the delivered application don�t find the USB devices and the Windows device manager don�t show the devices too.

What device (manufacturer and model) you are trying to redirect?
I would advise you to do the following:
1) run ICA session from Stratodesk TC to XenApp server;
2) connect your usb device on the remote side within ICA session using USB for Remote Desktop (server) GUI:

3) install the device driver on XenApp server;
4) run Device Manager, click on "View" option and choose "Devices by connection", find "FabulaTech Virtual USB Bus" section , open it, find your usb device there and make the screenshot#1;
5) run Administrative Utility and make the screenshot#2;
6) post these two screenshots here.
Thanks in advance.

P.S. I think that you can redirect your usb device to the remote side within ICA session but your SW/driver for this device isn't intended for use within RD session.
