Hi!
I try to upgrade my 2.9. to 3.1.3
After install server part on Win2003 Server x64, I have no connection on server side. I mean, in server window does not appear any connection ID.
Client side on Win7 Pro x64 looks fine with displayed devices and ready to redirection.
 
Trouble no.2 is my license not accepted by new version of software (expired).

But server detect old version of client...
 
Any idea?
Maybe some diagnostics?

Dear John,
 
Unfortunately your license key will not work with 3.1.3 version. When you applied this key our software was blocked and that is the reason why you don`t see "Connection ID" line. You need to delete current version and to install previous one.  
 
Do not forget to reboot your computer after deinstallation was finished.  
 
In case you don`t have USB for Remote Desktop v.2.9 installer contact our sales department and they will provide you with a link for downloading.
