I am sharing a document scanner over a 1.5meg dsl vpn connection (ouch) and have encountered random disconnects of the scanner. Usually a reboot of the client fixes this issue. I'm chaulking this up to the packet loss of the connection, but was hoping that 4.3 may address this issue better than 4.2.

I use 4.2 over fiber connections with the same amount of bandwidth and have very few disconnects...so I'm thinking this is definitely connection related.

Any helpful advice?

Hi,

4.2/4.3 version is 9+ years old.
There is no support of such old version.
I would advise you to test our latest (5.2.2) release.
