wrong device name in the vm

I shared a usb device which showes in devicemanagement as "HID-compliant device". But usb over network server showes this device as "FS FT ROCKEY5". so when the client which is a vm connect to this device. It showes "FS FT ROCKEY5" also, then the application can not run.
how can fix this?
by the way,if the client is a physical machine,it will show in devicemanagement as "HID-compliant device".
Thanks.

Hi,

I would advise you to plug your usb device directly into USB over Network (client) PC and test it with help of your app there locally.

Hi again,

1) test your "HID-compliant device" with help of your app locally (on USB over Network (server) PC);
2) in case of USB over Network usage you must have a native usb driver for USB over Network (client) OS. That is why I am asking you to plug it into VM and test it there.
What hyperVisor you are using (esxi, hyper-v, xenserver, vmware workstation, virtualbox)? Do you have a possibility to redirect this usb device using the standard method of hypervisor?

Awaiting the test result from the local side and clarification.

1,The hyperVisor I am using is vmware workstation.
2,I have some pictures,but I can not paste in the message. May I send a email?
3,there is no other "HID-compliant device" in the vm(client).

It is at night in china. I can only test on tomorrow morning.
Thanks.
