4.74 Setup Wizard ended permaturely

I can't install client 4.74 on Windows 10. I got error shows that USB over Network (Client) 4.74 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error.....
I ran \usb-over-network-client.msi LOG=1 and create setup log and find error in the log as shown in below:
