USB over 4g 3g networks.

I've got USB Over Network Client 4.73 version, and when connecting through mobile networks i can't connect to device.
 
Is USB over Network working with this kind of connections, or it has to have some special ports opened or something like that ?
 
I've tried to search this forum with quotes like '3g' or '4g' but i suppose that searching forum with that short strings doesn't work. Smiley
