Problem Installing on Windows 7

When trying to install the USB Over Network server on windows 7 this error occurs.
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package.
A script required for this install to complete could not be run.
Contact your support personnel, etc...
We are running the setup using Admin Credentials.
Tried re-downloading the setup, but the error still occurs.
Any Ideas on how to fix the issue?
