Split COM Port @ Server SBS2003

Have domain server with SBS2003 using modem on COM3.  Workstations use a network application that transmits files using modem dial-up.  Would Serial Port Splitter allow each workstation to transmit/upload files using virtual ports to connect to server modem?

Hello!
Please try our another solutions:
Network Serial Port Kit.
It allows to access devices connected to remote serial ports as if they were plugged directly to your PC. Virtual COM ports are used for that purpose.
Thanks.
