Migrating Server and License is lost

Hello,
 
We are supporting a site that needs to migrate the server that is hosting their Fabulatech Serial to TCP/IP redirector.  The original installation was 7/6/2016.
 
No one at the site can seem to find the paperwork from the order back in to 2016.  Is there a way we can recover the license without the original paperwork?
