Scanner for RD (server side) interferring with App

Hello,
 
I am having a very similar issue with Fabulatech Scanner for Windows (server side)to: http://www.fabulatech.com/forum/board-usbrdp-action-display-num-372247816.html
 
I had the exact problem with Adobe as other users had with USB for Remote and was able to cure the problem by removing Enhanced Security from Adobe. When the server side scanner interface services are running it is not allowing another software called File Cabinet Solutions (https://..../cs-professional-suite/filecabinet-cs/)to execute in a timely fashion. When the FabulaTech services are running, the app takes upwards of 7 minutes to start. When the Fablulatech services are not running the app executes in 15-20 seconds.
