roller problem in my printer

i have Epson printer. i m printing a  very important for my office and suddenly my Printer rollers leave unwanted marks on my documents. so that i contact to "http://www..../epson-help/ but they were unable to fix my problem i have still received an error in my printer what can i do now?

Hi,
 
I don't think that your problem is related to our SW.
First of all try to reproduce the issue on your local side (you must use the same app for printing).
What version of Printer for Remote Desktop you are using?
What OS do you have on both sides?
Do you have a license for FabulaTech SW?
Make the scan of the printed doc. I want to see "unwanted marks" on your doc.
