Windows Terminal Server and Local Serial Port

Hello,
 
I have following scenario and I was wondering if I can achieve this by using NSPK.
 
1. Windows Termina Server where user application is installed and this application communicate with a serial device.
 
2. Remote location, local computer, serail device connected to this local computer.
 
3. User log in to terminal and use the application install on remote server.
 
I want to know if application on server can talk to the device connected to local computer where user on local computer is logged to the terminal server.

Yes you can achieve it using NSPK.
