Delphi Inaccessible Value

So I have a FTVSPCControl in a Delphi project, and if I enter the License Key in the Design View, then compile, the Company and Version etc. fields are populated, but when I try to access those values in code, the only thing I get is Inaccessible Value, or for LicenseType, I get 0.
 
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
 
Edit: Got an email from Mike Storm on this, I will report back with anything I find out.
