VSPK on Windows 10 64 bit

Hello everybody,
 
i am using VSPK on a Win 10 PC (64 bit). The program itself is working fine (i can create COM port pairs), but i cannot open them in my Java application. The same application worked fine on an older PC (which had Win 7 as OS).  
 
Is there something which i have to take into account when using Win 10/64 bit?

Hi,
 
What version of VSPK you are using on your Win10 PC?
Can you open them (ports) with help of any terminal apps (putty for example)?

It is the Version 5.5.5. And yes, putty seems to be able to connect to COM1 and COM2.
The connection is made in Java 1.6, the serial component is from Sun (but quite old).

Sorry but in this case the cause of problem is your app.
Can you open any physical ports with help of your app?
