Virtual Serial Port Stops

Using the Virtual Serial port to allow text to be transmitted from one program to another for broadcast.  The problem I seem to be having is the program just stops working.  I've tried to stop and start the program again but it never works again until I do a full reboot of the computer which is impractible.  If I remove the serial ports and reinstall them I get a Run time Error abnormal program termination.  I don't think there's any error logs so I have no idea what to do next.  Like I said the program works fine for a few days or so just like I intended it to work but eventually quits and there's nothing that can be done to get it restarted outside of a full reboot.

At first what programs do you connect via virtual serial ports pair? Can you please describe all in detail and send it to our support center so our developers will be able to reproduce your problem and find solution?
