Whenever I reboot my server (Windows 2003), I'm getting a blue screen with the title DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. This appears to be related to when the service starts. I am able to correct the problem temporarily by coming up in safe mode and deleting the PortsPinout key in your registry entries. After it reboots, I can bring up the UI to add the ports back in, but when I reboot again, I get the same blue screen.

We think that the machine IS in hyperthreading mode. It is a server with dual-xenon processors, but four processors show up in the device manager and on the performance screen of the task manager. Is this a known problem?

By the way, what Virtual Serial Port Kit version exactly did you test? Our latest program version is 4.7.3 today so please try to reinstall and test this one.
We installed the latest version and it resolved the problem. Sorry that we didn't test that earlier, but we thought that we were running the latest code. Thanks for your support.
