how many IP addresses can I put the virtual modem to receive calls on a single port and virtually created a single modem to receive calls from other virtual modems fabula tech

A single Virtual Modem listens to an individual TCP port.  
 
Sorry we cannot quite understand how you want to use Virtual Modem.
