No Connection to workstation module

Hi Team ,
 
My requirement is to use remote webcam from one window laptop to other .
I can get connected to these two laptop using team viewer or any other software .
 
Q1 I'm getting "no connection to workstation module" error on Windows10 laptop  ?  
 
Q2 Do I need to use any particular application like team viewer or RDP to connect from one laptop to other ? which are supported application ?  
 
Expecting quick response . Its urgent

We are supporting only RDP/ICA/PCoIP protocol for web camera redirection.

Hi Sergey ,  
 
OK we've window 10 Pro as Server , so installed both Fabula 2.8.40 both server and workstation software  and even after taking RDP to this Windows 10 laptop its showing error as "No connection to workstation module"  
 
I've checked -
 
-- Firewall Disabled
-- Antivirus Disabled
-- EnableFrameServerMode=0 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows Media Foundation > Platform and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > WOW6432Node > Microsoft > Windows Media Foundation > Platform
-- Reboot/install-uninstall application many times
 
What else needs to be checked ?
 
Please help here its very urgent .
