Unable to start service

Hi,
I was trying to test the USB for remote Desktop, but I had no luck because it gives me an error while installing, it shows a message box with "unable to start service".
I ignore this message and performed a reset but after it I couldn't start the service anyway.
I am running windows 10 64-bit version and I am installing it as administrator.

Any suggestion?

What version of USB for Remote Desktop your are trying to install?
I have the success in installing 5.1.1 version of USB for Remote Desktop (workstation/server) on Windows 10x32/x64 in our test lab.
Please clarify.

thanks for your answer, i completely forgot about this matter, as i didn't turn the notification on.
I was trying the version available at the date i wrote in the forum for the first time, is there a new one available?
I don't know if there is something wrong with my machine since you tested it on your lab.
