Igel UD3 LX - igel firmware version 5.09.100

I am connecting to a Windows 7 VDI provisioned in Citrix 7.6. I am seeing a yellow triangle with "running in local session". It works fine on the session server but not the W7 vdi. Which is how my customer wants to use it. All 3 fabulatech services start normally. I restarted the services and no change.
I have tried USB for remote versions 5.1 and 5.1.1
The client version on Igel 5.09.10 is - FabulaTech USB for Remote Desktop 5.1.0_20151106
