Try to do the following: 1. Download the latest version USB over Network 5.0 2. Install it on Windows-Windows machines. 3. Repeat your experiment with USB Smart Card Reader 4. Please don't forget to let us know your final test results.
The Smart Card reader is Built into the IGEL Thin Client,UD3-740 LX, so no way to connect it to a windows client.
The Thin Client is using the built in USB for Remote Desktop and the 2012 TS has the IGEL server product installed.
USB redirection is working great. The issue is when a User disconnects the redirected Smart Card reader the server crashes with the listed error. So any one of X number of users are able to bring the server down.
