Hi,
 
I use a IGEL UD3-721 LX Firmware 4.08.500.01
I need to mapping a USB Flobby to a Windows 7 Prof SP1 as an device "A"
 
On Windows i use "USB for Remote Desktop (Server) Version 3.1.2 Trail"
 
i see never usb device from my IGEL Box on the "USB for Remote Desktop"

Hello fantajoe,
 
The most probably you are using a wrog Windows version of USB for Remote Desktop.
Please make sure you are using an Igel edition version.Here you can download it:

thank Yiu for your answer.
 
I use the usb-for.remote-desktop-server.msi from your download link.
 
it will not work.
 
I see only "Terminal Server" ...not more

Please send us the following information so we can
investigate the issue:
- The system information of both PC's where USB for Remote Desktop Server is installed. To get system information file  you need to do the
following: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System
Information File -> Save.
- The USB for Remote Desktop log file. Please look for the logs in
%systemroot%\system32 folder (or if your PC is x64 then in
%systemroot%\syswow64). The log file name should be "ftusbrdpsrv.log"
