USB via ICA not working

I have donwloaded and installed USB for remote desktop and server V2.9.3.
I have installed the desktop application on a Windows XP SP3 machine and the server application on Windows Server 2008 x64.

If i connect to the server via Remote Desktop then my devices are redirected successfully from my client machine. However if i connect via an ICA session (XenApp5) then my devices are not redirected and the USB for remote server application shows only the terminal services icon with no clients connected.

Please can you help with this issue.

We are trying your product USB for RDP and are having the same issur on out Citrix server.  I am running Windows 2003 server w/2 NIC cards and when I install your software I get an error regarding no firewall running please add xxxxxx when it is started.  With 2 NIC cards ipnat.sys handles the firewall tasks so I am not sure what is going on or what to do.  Any suggestions?
