Device lost when disconnected

I have installed 2.9.1 on the workstation and the server onto a 2008 terminal server. Everything works fine apart from when a user disconects or gets disconected from their terminal server session and has to log back in. When they log back on the device is listed but will not operate until you unplug it and then plug it back in. If the user logs off and logs back on it does not happen .... any ideas

We have a USB for Remote Desktop beta version 2.9.2. I sent it to your email address.
 
Please test this new version and let us know if it solves your issue.
