Not Showing Connection On Server

Hello!!!
 
my friend told me about your program and i am trying it right but i have a several issue that if i will solve it i will buy 3 user of your program
 
the situation is like this-
 
i am running a windows server 2003 with the "USB remote desktop (work station) now after i right click on the device that i want to redirect it said "ready for redirection" when i log on on my desktop (vista ultimate 64Bit) and load the "USB remote desktop for server"  its show me no connection  (available connection 3 of 3 ) i was disable all the firewall that i have on both computers please help me to solve this problem  
 
i c on other topic about a step on to make it work i follow all the step and still not luck  
Please Help ME !!!

Please describe us your particular situation in detail.
Although it may seem like it's the same problem, some important aspects
may be different (for example the versions of our software etc.)
