Not yet. We will add support of the Vista Windows in the next program versions only.

2.6.3 Beta does work on Vista Build 6000, just tested.
 
Only thing you need to do, change compatabilty of the installer to Windows XP SP2 since it check your windows version. After installation it works just like normal.
