Hi
I'm had uninstalled USB over network server  (V 6.0.4) on dell Latitude notebook with windows 10 Pro 64bit.
After uninstall,  all notebook USB ports stopped working.
On device manager USB error is "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.  (Code 19)"
How uninstallation works?? How can I fix it??

Thanks

Hi,

Delete the problematic usb devices in the Device Manager, don't delete a driver sw for them:

already done, but no result...

I have deleted registry key HKLM\System\currentcontrolset\control\class\36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000

After this, USB port are OK
