USB over Network and VMWare

I have the following problem:

We will be running our software in multiple instances on a VMWare GSX server. Our software used a USB dongle to store license key etc for validating the product.

A problem we have had with VMWare is that it often looses it's connection to the USB device and you have to reconnect it manually. Also, you don't know for sure which USB dongle maps to which server.

Could we use your software on a remote server and configure each client instance on VMWare to only map against one of the USB dongles on the remote server?

Will your software solve our problems? If so, do you have any tips on how to configure our setup?

Thanks for your help.

To offer you the proper solution, we need more information about your task. Could you please describe your whole task in detail. Would be much better if you could draw all in graphical diagram and send it to <support@fabulatech.com> email.
