Installed USB over network on Win10. BSOD

Installed v. 4.7.4 on win 10. After restart it won't start and shows BSOD "PNP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR". Can't even boot to safe mode to uninstall sowtfare. Any help?

4.7.4 version is 5 years old. There is no support of Win10.
From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10 : "It was first released on July 29, 2015".
I would advise you to use the latest release of FabulaTech product.

Не могли бы вы подсказать как можно удалить , при условии что Windows не загружается даже в безопасный режим? Программа устанавливает собственный драйвер?
Буду крайне благодарен за любую помощь.

Isn't Russian language supported on this forum?
 
Understood that 4.7.4. is not compatible with Win10.
 
Is there any way to remove this app considering that Win10 can't boot into safe mode?
 
Have it installed some incompatible driver that caused the crash?
 
Any help would be highly appreciated.
