SafeNet Inc. USB UltraPro stoped working

USB over Ethernet 5.0.2 (Licensed)
Windows 8.1 (64) (Both systems)
I have a connection across the LAN and am able to connect to the USB device.
Firewall is off on everything.
Other devices seem to work fine but the key will no longer activate my software.
I am pretty sure it worked before...
The Device is a "SafeNet Inc. USB UltraPro" Key.
** Updated to 5.0.5 and still have the same issue.
The device shows up but the Sn is blank and won't activate my software.
