Incompatible License Key

Recently we had a custom build of the software made and it is version 5.0.2.  The issue now is that the key I was originally given does not work with this build.
 
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as this software is not working at the moment.

To solve this issue I would ask you to provide us with some details such as Ref number, registered email address or a part of your licence key.
