Step by Step Walk thru?

I recently used this at a meeting. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me kind of walk me thru on how to set this usb over network up? I have a basic knowledge of computers but have been having trouble getting this to work. Thank you for your time!

The videos helped a little but I still have no clue on what I am doing.I dont know how to do the whole server and what to tell the client to connect to.
